Welcome to Greenhows.net. I am a Greenhow, who studies different Greenhow families. My ancestors came from England in the 1840's and started a farm. Later the land was sold to a railroad against the wishes of the deceased James Greenhow. His house later became the train depot. This is the humble beginnings for Kirkland, Illinois.
I have been running this website since around 1999. Through this website I have been in contact with many Greenhows over the years.
